Laser Engraving Area Surface Protector for Creality Falcon A1C

Protect the engraving area of your Creality Falcon A1C with two reversible, replaceable work surfaces designed to take the damage so your machine doesn’t have to.

The Geeks At Large Laser Engraving Area Surface Protector kit provides two sacrificial protective plates with four usable surfaces. The kit includes one aluminum plate and one powder-coated steel plate, and both plates are reversible so either side can be used as the working surface.

When one side becomes scratched, marked, or simply more worn than you’d like, flip the plate over for a fresh working surface. With two reversible plates included, each kit provides four usable sacrificial surfaces to help protect the original engraving area of your Falcon A1C.

Protect the Original Engraving Area

Cutting completely through material, misplaced jobs, incorrect settings, scratches, residue, and everyday use can all leave permanent marks on the original surface of your laser.

These plates are designed to take that wear instead.

Install either plate over the engraving area using the included mounting screws and use your laser normally. Cutting marks, scratches, discoloration, and accidental laser exposure accumulate on a replaceable surface instead of the machine underneath.

They’re sacrificial surfaces by design. They’re supposed to get used.

Two Reversible Plates — Four Protective Surfaces

Both included plates can be used on either side.

When one surface becomes more scratched or marked than you’d like, remove the mounting screws, flip the plate over, reinstall it, and continue working with the opposite surface.

That gives you:

• 2 usable surfaces on the aluminum plate
• 2 usable surfaces on the powder-coated steel plate
• 4 sacrificial protective surfaces in one kit

Use one side. Flip it. Use the other.

Choose Aluminum or Magnetic Steel

The two included plates give you a choice of working surfaces depending on the project.

Aluminum Plate
A reversible sacrificial surface for everyday engraving, cutting, material testing, and general laser use.

Powder-Coated Steel Plate
A reversible sacrificial surface with the additional benefit of being magnetic, allowing magnets and magnetic accessories to be incorporated into your positioning and workholding setups.

Use the steel plate when you want to position material with magnets, create temporary stops, or build repeatable setups directly on the work surface.

Both plates serve the same primary purpose: taking the wear so the original engraving area doesn’t have to.

This version is designed specifically for the Creality Falcon A1C.

Four mounting screws are included to secure whichever protective plate you’re using to the machine.

Switch between aluminum and magnetic steel depending on the job, or flip either plate whenever you want a cleaner working surface.

Built to Be Used

A protective surface doesn’t need to remain pristine to do its job.

Important Notes

Both plates are intentionally designed as sacrificial wear surfaces. Scratches, discoloration, engraving marks, cutting marks, and other signs of normal use are expected.

Both sides of each plate can be used. Flip the plate whenever you prefer a cleaner working surface.

The powder-coated steel plate can be used with magnets and magnetic positioning accessories. Magnets are not included.

Always verify clearance between the laser head, the A1C’s focusing components, and any magnets, fixtures, workpieces, or other accessories before operating your machine.
