Refund and Returns Policy

Geeks At Large takes customer service and satisfaction seriously. We will work with you to resolve issues as quickly and reasonable as possible. However, there are limits, to prevent the nefarious from taking advantage. As such, requests for refunds and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt, include your order number, and the reason for your request.

Refunds

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days

  1. Check your bank/credit account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company/bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Unless otherwise noted in the sale details, sale items will only be refunded at the sale price.

Exchanges

Geeks At Large will replace items if they have arrived defective or damaged, or, the wrong item was sent, and will cover shipping of the replacement item(s). For exchanges due to incorrect purchases, Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition, and shipment of replacement item(s). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, approval/rejection of your exchange, and replacement item tracking number.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Geeks At Large, 474 Rose St, Livermore, CA 94550.

Unless otherwise noted above, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Geeks At Large reserves the right to choose the shipping method for your replacement item(s).

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
