- How does Elegoo Phecda Rotary Switch work?
- When you want to use do flat engraving, put the switch in the Y position. When you want to do rotary work, move the switch to the R position. The final position, “-” does nothing.
Software
No additional software required, this is purely hardware.
Installation
- Power off Elegoo Phecda
- Unplug Y axis stepper motor cable from Y axis port Elegoo Phecda controller
- Plug switch cable into the Y axis port Elegoo Phecda controller
- Plug Y axis stepper motor into the switch cable connector marked “Y”
- Plug rotary cable into remaining switch cable
- Remove two frame screws in the front right corner of the Elegoo Phecda
