xTool P3 Replacement Lens – CO₂ Laser Lens in S / M / L Options (Lens Only)

If your xTool P3 CO₂ laser engraver is no longer cutting as cleanly or engraving with the sharpness it once had, the lens is often the first component that needs replacement. Smoke, soot, adhesive vapors, and heat exposure gradually degrade the optical surface over time. Even when cleaned regularly, a worn lens can scatter the laser beam, reducing usable power and affecting engraving consistency.

This xTool P3 replacement lens is offered as a lens-only replacement, allowing you to restore original performance without purchasing a complete lens assembly. By reusing your existing xTool lens holder, you can replace only the consumable optical component, keeping replacement costs lower while maintaining proper fit and focus.

Available Lens Options (xTool S / M / L)

This replacement lens is available in three versions that match xTool’s internal designations:

• S Lens
  Best suited for detailed engraving and fine artwork. The S lens produces a tighter beam focus, making it ideal for photo engraving, text, and detailed surface work where precision matters most.  This lens is also optimal for fine cuts in thin material.

• M Lens
  A balanced, general-purpose option. The M lens is well suited for users who alternate between engraving and cutting, offering a good mix of detail clarity and cutting performance.

• L Lens
  Optimized for cutting thicker materials. The L lens provides a larger depth of focus, helping maintain consistent cutting performance through thicker stock.  At the same time, it provides more area coverage per pass, allowing for more rapid engraving of low detail engravings such as text and logos on tumblers.

Selecting the right lens depends on the type of work you perform most often. Engraving-focused users typically prefer the S or M lens, while cutting-heavy workflows benefit from the L lens.

Lens-Only Replacement (Holder Not Included)

This listing includes the replacement lens only. A compatible xTool P3 lens holder is required and not included. Offering the lens separately allows users who already have the correct holder to replace only the optical element rather than an entire assembly.

CO₂ laser lenses are consumable parts and will eventually require replacement. Installing a fresh xTool P3 replacement lens is often the fastest and most cost-effective way to restore cutting depth, engraving clarity, and consistent results.
